How often do I need to wear my aligners?
Invisalign is a full time commitment. During the full duration of your treatment, you must wear your aligners for a minimum of 22 hours a day, every day. They should only ever be removed during eating, brushing and flossing, and when they need to be cleaned.
Wearing your aligners for less time than prescribed will eventually result in treatment setbacks.
